The National Board ensures the smooth running of the association and acts as a link between the various Tables in the country and different associations in the familly. • Manages the organization at a country level
• Coordinates activities across all zones in Belgium
• Represents RTB in international Round Table events and meetings
• Sets overall policies and guidelines for the organization
Zonal
Round Table Belgium is geographically divided into 5 Zones. Each zone likely has its own board or leadership structure, which:
• Coordinates activities within its specific geographical area
• Acts as an intermediary between the National Board and local clubs
• Organizes zone-specific events and initiatives
Local
Our values shape our culture, influence our decisions, and guide us in providing exceptional service. They reflect our dedication to integrity, collaboration, and client satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day operations of individual Round Table clubs
• Organize local meetings, typically held twice a month
• Plan and execute local community service projects
• Recruit and induct new members
