Meet the team behind the coordination of Round Table Belgium.
The National Board supports the zones, clubs, and members, and ensures the continuity of our values, projects, and vision across the country.
How we’re organized
Round Table Belgium is a structured non-profit association led at the national level by a National Board of around 15 members. This team ensures coordination across the country, represents RTB internationally, and supports all clubs in living out our mission of service and connection.
To stay close to the ground, Belgium is divided into 5 geographical zones, each led by a Zone President. These zones serve as the link between local Tables and the national board, fostering regional cooperation and visibility.
Within each zone, you’ll find a varied number of local clubs (see Find a Club).
Each club is autonomous and has its own club committee, usually including a chairman, secretary, treasurer, and other roles depending on its size and activities.
This layered structure ensures that every Tabler — from local to national — is supported, connected, and empowered to make a difference.

Behind these three words lies a twofold ambition: first, personal growth; then, collective growth for RTB.
Throughout this year, we want to emphasize what we can learn from one another.
The richness of the collective. The strength of shared commitment.
Because Round Table is more than just a network.
It is a school of life.
At the RTB level, our 2030 strategy sets a clear objective: reaching 2,000 Tablers.
This year, for the second time, we close with 1,600 members.
That is a solid foundation. But reaching 2,000 will not be achieved by the National Board alone. It will be achieved by each and every one of us.
I believe that, at some point, each of us received a gift: the invitation from a Tabler to attend a meeting.
Now it is our turn to pass that gift on.
If every one of us invites just one person this year… then anything becomes possible.
