Table Leadership Functions : 

P. - Table President

  • Leader of the local Round Table club

V.P. - Vice President

  • Deputy to the Table President

S. - Table Secretary

  • Responsible for local administration and meeting minutes

T. - Table Treasurer

  • Manager of local club finances

P.P. - Past President

  • Former Table President, advisor to current leadership

Specialized Local Roles:

C.S.O. - Community Service Officer

  • Local community service coordinator

P.R.O. - Public Relations Officer

  • Local communications and publicity coordinator

M.O. - Membership Officer

  • Recruitment and membership development

S.O. - Social Officer

  • Event planning and social activities coordinator

I.R.O. - International Relations Officer

  • Local international connections coordinator
 

Meeting Functions:

C.M. - Chairman

  • Meeting facilitator or speaker coordinator

S. - Speaker

  • Guest presenter at meetings

T.M. - Toastmaster

  • Master of ceremonies for events

Z.M. - Zone Meeting

  • Quarterly meeting (3 times per year) to share good moments while staying informed about latest news and upcoming events

P.M. - Presidents Meeting

  • Bi-annual meeting (2 times per year) with the zone committee for exchange and collaborative work

A.G.Z. - Zone General Assembly​

  • Annual meeting (once per year) for voting, award presentations, and election of the new zone president

L.N. - Ladies Night

  • Special events including partners and spouses

F.F. - Fun & Fellowship

  • Social and recreational activities

C.P. - Charity Project

  • Local fundraising and community service initiatives

S.M. - Statutory Meeting
